The first impression of the phone is good but not excellent having removable back panel with aluminium plate at the centre supported by plastic build side panels. The phone got 5 inches Full HD IPS display with 441ppi of pixel density which is quite impressive at this price point. There is no Corning Gorilla Glass at this price point which is quite disappointed. The phone got 142 g of weight which is something heaviour if we see other phones like Xolo Black,
Under the hood the phone is studded with mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 Processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. On the UI section the phone has Vibe UI which is hovering over Android Lollipop 5.1.1. For gamers and High graphic videos we have Adreno 405 GPU.

It seems that Lenovo has the makings of another winner on its hands. It could be as popular as the K3 Note was, bringing similar features and even better looks to a lower price level. The only real objections we have with this phone are its weak battery life and tendency to become uncomfortably warm when anything serious is running.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is undeniably a budget phone, but it does offer a well-rounded feature set for the price. The camera is strictly acceptable and the UI gets sluggish. Other than that however, we really have no serious complaints about the device. The screen is nice, the audio from the headphone jack isn’t bad and apps are usable.
Rating: 2.5/5 – Review by Avani Bagga Website-Times Of India
Lenovo has done a much better job in the past with phones like A6000 and A7000, and obviously this made us raise our expectations. Granted, the display, design, and the hardware specifications are all great, but this is marred by disappointing call quality, average cameras, and heating issues. Overall, the K5 Plus is just an okay device, and certainly not the best bang for your buck.
Rating: 3.5/5 – Review by Ritesh Bendre Website-BGR
Overall, the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is a decent performer in its price range. It’s got a good plastic and metal body with color-accents that add to its aesthetics, a display that is bright and offer punchy colors, and decent performing cameras. The smartphone also offers good audio experience, both on speakers and on headphones.
Rating: 3.2/5 – Review by Saurabh Singh, Website-India Today
The Vibe K5 Plus falls short of almost every claim that it vouches for. On the hindsight, it is a phone designed to entertain the masses. While Dolby audio and TheatreMax are worth appreciating, it is sad that Lenovo has overlooked something as basic (yet paramount) as display quality and battery life. Both these parameters leave a lot to be desired here.

Lenovo has given a number of successful products in the past and the latest K5 Plus also manages to impress us with its good overall performance. While the smartphone fails to offer something unique, it packs in almost everything a user would like to see in a budget handset. Buy it for its compact design, sharp display and decent camera performance. However you have got the options in the form of Redmi Note 3, Coolpad Note 3 if you fancy a fingerprint sensor and a large battery unit.
Rating: 3.0/5 – Review By Digit ,Website-Digit
The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus isn’t a particularly good phone. It doesn’t match up to its competition, and there are better phones out there, including the Coolpad Note 3 and Meizu M2 Note.
